Natalia, I like black doors too. I took a picture this weekend with a door (it was green though, boo) with a lion on it like in one of your pictures. Check it out: https://www.etsy.com/listing/119739115/doors-with-lions-and-handles-near-grant
Natalia, I like black doors too - haha I like that you wrote about this. Funny that you posted a picture of a lion door handle. I just took a picture of something similar in Oakland Cemetery this weekend. I listed it too, check it out here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/119739115/doors-with-lions-and-handles-near-grant
omg me too!! Jana from Two Birds Collective painted all her own doors glossy black AND painted the hardware brushed gold (spray paint) and they look like a million dollars! I may need to do this in my near future. So pretty.
such beautiful architecture as well!! I like it way better than todays modern flat looks. happy 2013 xo
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more, Lauren! I love the character of traditional architecture.
DeleteI'm loving black interior doors! I really want to give it a try but I'm kind of nervous!
ReplyDeleteME TOO! I'm afraid it won't look in my house. Plus, painting them myself sounds EXHAUSTING
